Something I Believe In
Hello Friends,
I know it has been a long time....sorry! I wish I could say that I was busy with something other than regular ole' daily life but I cannot!
So since 2012 is fast approaching how about we recommit ourselves to making a new start on getting ourselves in order????

Clothe A Child
There is a chance to serve and do something GREAT in the area. Please consider volunteering. We PROMISE you will love it!!!
Some of us will be there Oct 8th so come and join us or pick one of the other days.
Here is a little info from their website.
At least 1,250 volunteers are needed this year to make this program a success. It requires only a few hours on a Saturday morning to assist families shop for their children. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age or older please, since we are asking them to pair up with families and their children.
As a volunteer, you will spend time getting to know the family, assisting them in selecting clothing items and helping the families stay within their allotted amount of money. The volunteer stays with the family until they check out, at which time the volunteer is free to leave or help another family shop. Your assistance and participation blesses the program recipients and their families and you will be blessed by your part in this incredible opportunity to impact our local communities!

Yes it is another Blog Post about getting Prepared
I know what you are thinking…. really another post on getting prepared?
Well, let me have just a few minutes
There is so much information out there about getting ready.
Then why are there so many people not ready?
Really the lists of reasons are endless.
BUT WHO CARES.
GET READY NOW!!!!!
in light of the fact that there are terrible wild in the Fort Worth, Texas area and hurricanes and earth quakes affecting places never touched before.
We here thought it would be a good idea to post some links on here that are EASY and straight forward.

Oh and don’t worry you would be amazed if you know just who was not prepared!!
